LIST: The Best Traditional Gyms in Metro Manila For Your 2018 Fitness Goals

LIST: The Best Traditional Gyms in Metro Manila For Your 2018 Fitness Goals

Start 2018 right by slowly introducing yourself to the world of fitness. To help you out, here are 15 gyms in Metro Manila with their branch lists and rates.

Note that the rates will definitely vary per branch. The ones we’ve listed here are only their average rates based on people who have memberships in these gyms and fitness clubs. Joining fees and the like also apply to some of these so it’s best to personally communicate with the branch nearest you.

The gyms we’ve listed are what we call “walk-in” gyms, meaning they’re the traditional kind of gym and not places or studios where you specifically do one thing only like CrossFit or Pilates. These gyms or fitness centers are those you apply for a membership for and just visit at your own time. But don’t worry, most of these hold group classes for Zumba, yoga, and martial arts!

Whether you’re scouting for a professional gym, a beginner-friendly gym, or a women’s-only type of fitness center, here’s a list that will help you out:

Fun fact: Did you know that one of the most common misconceptions heard around the gym is the word "TRX"? TRX is a versatile tool used for closed kinetic exercises that works your whole body as a chain and incorporates your core muscles as well. But TRX is only a brand of SUSPENSION TRAINERS. There is a variety of providers of this versatile functional tool, such as Crank It! and RIP:60. It just happened that TRX was the first one to successfully market their product globally, especially in the US. #Repost @danidjsarmiento (@get_repost) ・・・ 2nd set 🙂 TRX rows 👍 #gymgirl #gymtime #gymmotivation #gym #anytimefitness #anytimefitnessph #fit #fitness #fitnesslife #fitnessmotivation #fitnessgirl #fitnessjourney #fitspiration #rows #trx #trxworkout #armworkout #backworkout #girlswhoworkout #bodyfitness #bodyweighttraining #instagood #instahealth #instafit #staystrong #stayfit #stayinspired #staymotivated #stayhealthy
