MILO Marathon 2018 winners to represent PH at SEA Games 2019
MILO Marathon 2018’s King and Queen will get a chance to represent the Philippines at the 2019 Southeast Asian (SEA) Games. The Philippine Athletics Track and Field Association (PATAFA) Inc. partnered with MILO in choosing members for the Philippine track and field team set to compete at the SEA Games this 2019.
As the country’s biggest race, the 42nd National MILO Marathon will have 11 legs, beginning on July 15 at Urdaneta. The Metro Manila leg will be on July 29, 2018. The National Finals will be held at Laoag on December 9.
At the MILO Marathon launch, Popoy Juico, chairman of PATAFA, announced that whoever will win the marathon will be the ones set to represent the Philippines at the SEA Games.
Interested MILO Marathon 2018 participants may view the registration process online through MILO’s website or register through the accredited centers. The earliest registration date for the first two legs will be on June 11.
