Philippines’ Mary Eve Adeline Escoto takes the crown at the Miss Asia Global 2017 held at Kerala India last Tuesday, November 21. Escoto was also named Best in National Costume, Best in Formal Wear, and won the Missology Choice Award. Escoto is only 23 years old and is a physical therapist by profession.
This came right after the Philippines’ win at the Miss Earth 2017 and the Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 pageants. Filipinos and international pageant enthusiasts are looking forward to the upcoming Miss Universe 2017 pageant because of these recent back-to-back wins.

The most awaited Miss Universe 2017 pageant will be held at Las Vegas, Nevada on November 27 (Manila time). The Philippines’ bet to the competition is 26-year-old British-Filipino model Rachel Peters who is passionate about surfing and the sun, and always choosing kindness above all things.
