Samgyupsalamat is steadily increasing the number of branches they have in the city. Soon, we might have Korean barbecue restaurants less than a kilometer away from us if they keep on with this expansion. Not that we’re complaining. This unlimited Korean barbecue restaurant serves 9 kinds of pork and beef and unlimited sides for only Php 499.

It’s accessible with all their branches, cheap at Php 399 for a lunch menu, and their meats are good quality too! That’s one unli K-BBQ restaurant under 500 you can’t say no to.

If you really want an all out super 100% 10/10 worth it Korean barbecue meal, you go to KPub. I’ve had my doubts but they have improved their meat and side dish selection to give you a great Korean barbecue experience.

Okay, let’s say Php 499 or Php 399 is still a little too steep for today’s wallet and you’re craving for Korean barbecue so bad you can’t just wait until payday. Leann’s Tea House is a Korean barbecue restaurant up in the Tomas Morato area. And yes, we know that there are quite a number of Korean barbecue restaurants there but we’re confident Leann’s Tea House is one of the best at its price point.

While you’re there, try their single-order menu items like the L.A. Galbi (beef short ribs) and their Haemul Pajeon (seafood pancakes).

Whenever we have friends invite us over for Korean barbecue in Ortigas, they always suggest Matgalne. It really is a no-brainer.
